For skip hire firms. Everything above, and you always know where your skips are.

The flat part is per company, not per driver. So the more drivers you put on, the smaller a share of the bill the extras are.
Thirty days free, then pay monthly
You get 30 days to use the lot. You don't put a card in to start — we only ask for one if you decide to stay. After that it's a card payment once a month and you can stop whenever you want. There's no contract to sign and no minimum term.
It looks like your firm, not ours
The blue on this website is WasteFriendly's. Inside the system, your firm picks its own colours and puts its own logo in. That's what appears on your office screens, on your drivers' app, and on the emails your customers get. Your customers see your name, not ours.

What happens if I take on another driver?
Your bill goes up by £20 a month for that driver, from the month he starts. If he leaves again it goes back down. You don't have to ring anybody up or change your package — you just add him in the office and he can sign in on his phone.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like. It's paid monthly by card, so you cancel and that's the end of it. No notice period, no contract, nobody ringing you to talk you out of it. You can take your information out with you before you go.
Is my information mine?
Yes. Your jobs, your customers, your prices and your photos belong to your firm. We hold them so the software can work, and we don't sell them or share them with other firms. You can export them. If you leave, you can take them with you and we'll delete what we hold. There's more in our privacy page.
Do I need a computer?
You need something to do the office side on — a laptop, a desktop or an iPad is ideal because you're looking at lists and photos. It works on a phone too, so you can do it from the cab if you have to. Your drivers only need an iPhone. There's nothing to install on the office side; you open it in your web browser like your email.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All the prices on this page are before VAT, and VAT gets added on top.
Can I start on Jobs and move up later?
Yes. Start on whichever one suits you now. If you want the invoicing or the skip board later, you turn it on and the bill changes from that month. Nothing you've already put in gets lost.
What if I only hire skips out, with no clearance work?
That's what the Skips package is for. It does the jobs, the paperwork, the invoices and the skip board together.
